We’re a Greek restaurant on Bondi Beach — fire-led, sun-drenched, and proudly unpretentious. Our name nods to Prometheus, the god who stole fire, and we like to think we’re doing our own bit of myth-making here — with charcoal in the kitchen, a breeze off the sea, and good wine always close at hand.

The space is light-filled and laid-back, with views across the water and just enough room for a long lunch to turn into dinner. The Verandah gives you front-row seats to Bondi, while our private spaces — The Dunes and The Grotto — are made for birthdays, big nights, and anything in between.

At the helm are Executive Chef Chris Benedet and Head Chef Stav Stavrou — a duo that brings both polish and heart to the kitchen. Chris draws on years of experience in some of Sydney’s best restaurants, while Stav infuses the menu with deep-rooted Greek heritage and soul. Together, they’ve built a menu that’s honest, fire-led, and full of flavour.

The menu’s all about bold, simple flavours. Think pork neck souvlaki, spanakorizo with lemon and misithra, raw tuna with dakos, and stuffed peppers. It’s food made to share, best paired with loud conversation and something cold. For dessert? Bougatsa — crisp filo, custard, mandarin, pistachio.
